amazing stay

super clean room air conditioning helpful staff

the breakfast was plentiful and the staff always refilled stations. The room was super clean with everything i needed including air conditioning. One of the BEST hotels i stayed in for a long while. Daisy at the rooftop bar was always ready to help.

for a 5 star hotel, it lacked those small touches of class that makes the experience nice.

the reception staff were attentive and ready to help with any request i had. Carlos in the restaurant offered EXCELLENT service. The staff was regularly cleaning plates, which i appreciated very much.

I found the staff so friendly and helpful . they promptly addressed any requests i had. the shower was really good. The water pressure was consistent. i found fresh toiletries stocked daily too!!! also, the hotel provided towels for both pool areas, quite convenient.

the location is fairly close to the airport, approximately twelve minutes. this made arrival and departure very easy. attractions are also conveniently nearby, simplifying travel to popular places.

the restaurant had a very nice varied menu. it accommodated different tastes effectively. the breakfast selection had good variety, offering many choices for different diets. it was amazing!!!

the room was nice, it contained a mini bar. the bed was comfortable. rooms also provide bathrobes, slippers, and pool towels for added comfort. i found them very clean.
